It can be scary to acknowledge that you found your birthing experience traumatic. And you might not know where to start when it comes to feeling better.

I know how isolating and scary this can feel. Please know that you are not alone. I am here to support and help you through this.

I can support you with education of what stress and trauma do to our body and nervous system.

I work with you to increase your awareness of your own triggers and nervous system states. Together, we’ll work on implementing strategies to reduce the stress response in your body and aid regulation, enabling you to heal from your experience.

With her help I am able to tweak my body and soul everyday by myself now, and have learned how to maximise the opportunities to generate endorphins, the natural pain relievers, to keep me happy, positive and able to deal with my life
